At BandsCo Straps, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn watch straps. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or a different style.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Straps

  Place the unworn straps back into their original BandsCo packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
